Psychotherapy and counselling in Dublin city and online
Taking the first step towards therapy is rarely easy. If you've gotten this far, something in your life probably feels stuck, heavy or too much to carry alone. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can look at what's going on together, and find a way forward.
How I work
My approach is integrative and humanistic. In practice this means I don’t apply one fixed method; I draw on different schools of psychotherapy to suit you and what you bring.
I have specialist training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-oriented approach that is particularly helpful when past experiences are still held in the body as tension, as being easily triggered, or as feeling cut off from yourself.
Above all, therapy is a collaboration. My role is to support you as we explore, at your pace, the issues you’re facing. Read more about me.
Areas I work with
- Anxiety Worry, panic, a mind that won't switch off →
- Trauma Childhood trauma, PTSD, a past that keeps showing up →
- Grief and loss Bereavement, and other endings that need to be grieved →
- Relationships Patterns, conflict, loneliness and self-esteem →
- Psychedelic integration Making sense of a psychedelic experience, before or after →
- Depression and low mood When motivation and hope are hard to find →
A short, no-obligation call is often the easiest way to find out whether we’d work well together.
